Overview 
We are looking for an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead and oversee the development and execution of digital programs, including digital product solutions, buy flows, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of program management principles, coupled with expertise in digital products and solutions, as well as experience in designing and managing seamless buy flows and process flows across digital platforms. The Digital Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, development, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive program manager and strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex digital projects from inception through delivery.

This position is remote and requires all qualified candidates to live in the United States and be fully authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Program Management: Lead and manage end-to-end digital programs, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. Develop program plans, roadmaps, and schedules, and track progress against defined milestones.

·      Digital Product Solutions: Drive the development of digital products and solutions, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

·      Buy Flow Optimization: Lead efforts to design, implement, and continuously improve digital buy flows, ensuring seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.

·      Process Flow Management: Analyze, map, and optimize digital process flows across various platforms to streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance user engagement. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support to ensure alignment on program goals, priorities, and timelines.

·      Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and solutions to any program-related challenges or roadblocks.

·      Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to digital programs and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

·      Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital programs, track progress, and report on program status, outcomes, and post-launch performance.

·      Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating program outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing enhancements to optimize digital products and processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.

·       5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on digital products and solutions.

·       Proven expertise in designing and managing buy flows and process flows across digital platforms (e-commerce, mobile apps, websites, etc.).

·       Strong understanding of the full digital product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product development, testing, and deployment.

·       Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

·       Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and digital product management tools.

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·       Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and conversion optimization.

·       Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital product design.

·       Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).

·       Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and either MS Project or Smartsheet

·       Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

 

Compensation:

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model.

This is a long term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70-85/hr. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
