Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients within the IT industry.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to connect with potential clients.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Track and report lead generation activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, ideally within the IT or recruitment sector.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
